摘要
本文研究分析葡萄酒中赭曲霉毒素A含量检测的方法,使用岛津20A液相色谱配备荧光检测器进行检测。在国家标准的基础上进行方法优化,对赭曲霉毒素A的提取效果和净化效果进行比较,使用提取液Ⅰ提取OTA、艾杰尔公司免疫亲和柱进行净化,洗脱液为甲醇:冰乙酸混合溶液,OTA的回收率提高到88.6%~96.0%,相对标准偏差为0.59%~0.74%。经比较分析,该实验方法净化效果好、灵敏度高、操作简便,具有良好的重现性。
This paper studies the method for the determination of ochratoxin A in wine,using Shimadzu 20A liquid chromatography equipped with a fluorescence detector for detection.The method was optimized on the basis of national standards,and the extraction effect and purification effect of ochratoxin A were compared.Extract O was used to extract OTA and Aigel immune affinity column for purification.the eluent was methanol.:the glacial acetic acid mixed solution,the recovery of OTA increased to 88.6%~96.0%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.59%~0.74%.After comparative analysis,the experimental method has good purification effect,high sensitivity,easy operation and good reproducibility.
