摘要
目的探讨基于时间护理理论的健康教育模式对康复期精神分裂症患者认知及社会功能的影响。方法将我院2017年6月-2018年7月收治的84例康复期精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予基于时间护理理论的健康教育。比较2组健康知识掌握情况、社会功能的改善状况。结果干预后,观察组疾病认知、服药知识、良好生活习惯、复查知识、心理状态知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05),社会功能缺陷筛选量表(social disability screening schedule,SDSS)评分低于对照组(t=-3.824,P=0.001)。结论基于时间护理理论的健康教育模式可有效帮助患者掌握健康知识,同时可改善患者的社会功能,促进患者快速康复。
Objective To explore the effect of health education model on cognition and social function of schizophrenic patients based on time nursing theory.Methods Eighty-four patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The two groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally given health education based on time nursing theory.The health knowledge mastery and social function improvement of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After health education intervention,the awareness rates of disease cognition,medication knowledge,good living habits,review knowledge,mental state in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the score of social disability screening schedule of the former was lower than the latter.Conclusion Health education based on time nursing theory can help patients master health knowledge,improve the social function of patients and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
