群组管理对支气管哮喘患儿负性情绪和治疗依从性的影响

Effects of applying the group management on the negative emotions and treatment compliance of children with the bronchial asthma

目的探讨群组管理健康教育对支气管哮喘患儿负性情绪和治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我院儿科2018年5-6月收治的80例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组患儿接受常规健康宣教,研究组患儿接受群组管理健康教育。比较2组患儿治疗前后负性情绪和治疗依从性。结果入组时,2组患儿焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表得分比较,差异均无统计学意义。干预12周后,研究组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表得分均低于对照组(t=9.556,P<0.001;t=9.576,P<0.001),治疗依从性高于对照组(Z=-2.901,P=0.004)。结论群组管理健康教育在支气管哮喘患儿中应用效果确切,能够改善其负性情绪,显著提高治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of applying the group management on the negative emotions and treatment compliance of children with the bronchial asthma.Methods Eighty bronchial asthma children treated in the pediatric department of our hospital in May and June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group according to a random number table,each of 40.The control group was given routine health education,while the experimental group was provided with group management.The negative emotions and treatment compliance of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in all measurements.However,after the twelve-week intervention,the average anxiety self-rating scale score and depression self-rating scale score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=9.556,P<0.001;t=9.576,P<0.001),while the treatment compliance of the former was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-2.901,P=0.004).Conclusion The application of the group management in the health education of patients with bronchial asthma is effective in relieving their negative emotions and improving their treatment compliance.
