人文关怀护理对神经外科重症监护室老年患者身心状态影响的效果

Effects of humanistic nursing on the physical and mental state of elderly patients in NICU

目的探讨护士人文关怀护理对改善神经外科ICU老年患者身心状态的效果。方法选取我科ICU 2018年1-10月收治的老年患者98例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人文关怀。于患者入院时和实施人文关怀后分别测定其生理和心理指标。结果观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),患者收缩压、舒张压、脉搏、呼吸频率以及颅内压较对照组均下降(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理应用于神经外科ICU老年患者,能改善其负面情绪,保持其生命体征平稳,提高护理质量,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the effect of applying the humanistic care nursing on improving the physical and mental status of elderly patients in the intensive care unit of the neurosurgery departmen(NICU).Methods Totally 98 elderly patients treated in NICU between January and October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Both groups were given conventional therapy and nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with humanistic care nursing.The physiological and psychological indexes were measured at the admission and after the intervention.Results After the humanistic care nursing,the anxiety and depression scores,as well as the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse,respiration and intracranial pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care nursing can relieve the negative emotions,stablize vital signs and promote the nursing quality.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
