创新培训模式 引领基础教育——以“国培计划(2015)”内江师范学院中西部项目和幼师国培项目为例

Innovating the Training Modes to Lead the Fundamental Education——A Case Study of Central and Western China Project and Preschool Teachers Project of Neijiang Normal University as a Part of National Training Plan(2015)

“国培计划(2015)”出现了一些新变化和新要求。面对新变化和新要求,内江师范学院在2015至2017年的培训实施过程中,将“导一研一行”的培训模式发展为“导一研一行一思”模式。此外,在培训模式、培训方式、培训管理等方面进行了创新,取得了较好的培训成效,生成了一些特色资源,对基础教育具有较好的指导和引领作用。

“National Training Plan(2015)”has some new changes and requirements.To cater for these new changes and requirement,Neijiang Normal University developed the training mode of“guidance—study—practice”into the one“guidance—study—practice—thinking”in the training from 2015 to 2017.In addition,the training mode,manner and management were all innovated,which led to the great training effect.Accordingly,some special training resources are formed and can play the role of direction and leading for the fundamental education.
