摘要
山村老人和留守儿童所构成的“隔代教育”是山村劳动力涌入城市后山村空巢以及城市教育成本和准入条件等因素限制所导致的现象。“隔代教育”具有发挥祖辈经验教育、减轻外出务工人员压力等优点,但也有教育内容片面单一、增加老人负担、教育脱轨等不足。乡村振兴战略在教育方面致力于城乡教育资源优化科学分配,为山村隔代教育的进步带来重大契机。基于此战略,可构建“祖辈+外来优势资源+学校”复合教育模式,结合城乡联动教育和祖辈教育的优势,尽力实现山村隔代教育的社会效益。
The"inter-generational education"refers to the phenomenon of the elderly bringing up their left-behind grandchildren in the rural areas,which is caused by the influx of rural young labor force going to do odd jobs in the urban region with its restrictions of their children's urban education cost and access conditions."Inter-generational education"does have advantages of benefitting ancestral ed?ucation experience and reduces the pressure of the migrant workers.However,there are also deficiencies of one-sided and single in education content,increasing burden on the elderly,and derailing education.Regarding this,the strategy of rural revitalization devotes itself to optimizing the scientific distribution of educational resources between urban and rural areas,which brings great opportunities for the progress of inter-generational education in rural areas.Based on this strategy,this paper proposes the"grandparent+ex?ternal superior resources+school"compound educational model,combining with the advantages of urban-ru?ral linkage and ancestral education to ultimately achieve social benefit in inter-generational education in the rural areas.
