摘要
为了更好地提升高职学生的理论水平和技能水平,现代学徒制试点高职院校与企业通力合作,对现代学徒制人才培养模式进行了深入探索。该模式下,如何保证学生尽快适应企业文化、熟悉职业规范,培养学生的创新发展意识,是目前面临的主要问题。在认知学徒制理论框架下,从内容、方法、序列和社会性等层面开展软件技术专业教学模式建设的同时,基于诺丁斯提出的幸福教育观理论,从私人生活领域、公共生活领域和职业生活领域,有计划地开展系统的职业生涯规划教育,可以帮助学生逐步累积对工作与生活的认识,形成积极的、正确的人生观和稳定的价值观,实现幸福的人生目标。
In order to improve the theoretical level and skill level of higher vocational students,all higher vocational colleges and enterprises have cooperated with each other to carry out the continuous exploration of the modern apprenticeship training mode.Under the modern apprenticeship mode,the problems that the majority of educators must be faced are how to ensure students to adapt to the corporate culture as soon as possible,to master professional norms and to cultivate the awareness of innovation and development.Under the framework of cognitive apprenticeship theory,this paper proposes that the software technology professional teaching mode should be constructed from the aspects of content,method,sequence and sociality.Based on the theory of happiness education proposed by Noddings,career planning education is carried out from the fields of private life,public life and professional life.Students will gradually accumulate knowledge of work and life,form a positive and correct outlook on life and achieve a happy life goal.
