摘要
“产教融合,校企合作”是加快现代职业教育发展的必然要求,是培养具有“工匠精神”的高素质人才的必由之路。南京工业职业技术学院通过对高职教育的探索实践,实施了以“资源为基础,项目为纽带,平台为载体”的多主体协同育人机制下校企合作“4.0版”,探索出了一条培养具有精湛技艺、严谨态度和创新精神的应用型人才的新路。
"Integration of production and teaching,school enterprise cooperation"is the inevitable requirement to speed up the development of modern vocational education,and it is the only way to train high-quality talents with"craftsman spirit".Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology put the“resource based,project as a link,platform as a carrier”of multi-subject collaborative education mechanism"Version 4.0"into practice,explored a new way to cultivate applied talents with superb skills,rigorous attitude and innovative spirit.
