不同他汀类药物对慢阻肺合并慢性肺心病患者肺功能及生活质量影响

Effects of different statins on lung function and quality of life in patients with copd complicated with chronic cor pulmonale

目的探讨不同他汀类药物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)合并慢性肺心病患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年2月—2019年3月诊治的90例慢阻肺合并慢性肺心病患者,随机分为A组30例、B组30例、C组30例,分别用辛伐他汀、瑞舒伐他汀、阿托伐他汀药物治疗,比较3组患者的肺功能指标、生活质量。结果B组患者肺功能指标、生活质量评分明显优于A组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组和C组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在慢阻肺合并慢性肺心病患者中,瑞舒伐他汀、阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀均可起到治疗效果,但瑞舒伐他汀在肺功能指标和生活质量改善中相对较优。

Objective To investigate the effects of different statins on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with COPD complicated with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 90 patients with COPD and chronic cor pulmonale diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into group A(30 patients),group B(30 patients)and group C(30 patients),and were treated with simvastatin,risuvastatin and atorvastatin,respectively.Lung function indexes and quality of life of patients in each group were compared.Results lung function indexes and quality of life scores of patients in group B were significantly better than those in group A and C,and the comparison between the data was significant(P<0.05),but the data in group A and C were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with COPD combined with chronic cor pulmonale,rosuvastatin,atorvastatin and simvastatin all have therapeutic effects,but rosuvastatin is relatively superior in pulmonary function indicators and quality of life improvement.
