近年来,我国高校毕业生逐年上升,导致高校毕业生就业成为了社会关注的重点问题。在实际中,为了引导高校毕业生更好地实现就业,高校就需要全面加强对学生的毕业指导,因此,高校需要全面剖析当前就业指导中存在的问题,并积极地为创新就业指导工作服务,以此为高校毕业生的良好就业提供保障,下面对此进行分析。

In recent years,the number of college graduates in China has been increasing year by year,leading to the result that the employment of college graduates has become a key issue of social concern.In practice,in order to guide college graduates to realize better employment,it is necessary to strengthen overall graduation guidance to students in colleges and universities,therefore,colleges and universities need to fully analyze the current problems existing in the employment guidance,and actively innovate employment guidance and service,in order to guarantee good employment of college graduates.This paper will analysis the relevant issues.
