In the new media era,the lifestyles and ideas of people,especially the youth group,have undergone great changes,which has brought new challenges to the work of grassroots Communist Youth League organizations.At the same time,however,in the new media environment,the ways and means of information dissemination have become more diversified,which also provides a broader space for the work of grassroots Communist Youth League organizations,and also provides more possibilities for the innovation for its working methods.This is also an unprecedented opportunity for the work of grassroots Communist Youth League organizations.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the practice and innovation of the working methods of grassroots Communist Youth League organizations in the new media era.
