以发酵工程与酶工程为核心课课程体系构建的探索

摘要 发酵工程与酶工程两门课程,在生物类课程体系中属于中游技术课程,研究发酵生产过程的控制工艺等。较多本科专业都是第五学期开课,并作为生物技术、生物工程专业的核心课程,生物制药,食品科学等专业的选修课程。大多数高校,特别是应用型大学在开设这两门课程时,通常存在任课老师不同,学生考试整体通过率不高,系统学好两门课程学生较少等问题。本文作者所在教学团队,通过多年的教学探索,首先将发酵工程与酶工程两门核心课程进行知识点和习题融合,再以两门核心课程为骨架围绕构建的中游技术,为其搭建生物技术上游与下游课程体系,不论是对考研学生对知识难点的深入学习需要,还是对找工作学生对实践性案例的学习需要,帮助都较大,学生整体学习积极性与效率得到了一定提高,现将具体做法列举如下。 The two courses of fermentation engineering and enzymatic engineering belong to the middle-level technical course in the biological curriculum system,studying the control technology of the fermentation production process.Generally offered to undergraduate majors in the fifth semester,they are core courses for such majors as biotechnology and bioengineering,and elective courses for such majors as biopharmaceuticals and food science.Most colleges and universities,especially applied colleges and universities,often have some problems in opening the two courses,such as different teachers for the two courses,the low pass rate of students'examinations,and the small number of students who systematically learn the courses.Through the teaching and exploration of many years,the authors'teaching team first integrates the knowledge points and exercises of the two core courses,and then builds the upstream and downstream curriculum systems of biotechnology revolving around the middle-level technology based on the framework of the two courses,which will greatly help the in-depth study of difficult knowledge of students taking postgraduate entrance examination,and the learning of practical cases of students looking for a job.The overall learning enthusiasm and efficiency of students have been improved.The specific practices are listed in this paper.
