絮凝脱色实验的教学方案改革 被引量:1

摘要 为了促进实验教学与科研、实际应用进一步接轨,提出“以硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝为絮凝剂设计对比脱色实验”这一新的实验项目,代替单用硫酸铝进行絮凝脱色的验证性实验。学生自主设计实验方案,考察处方(用量和pH值)和工艺(搅拌的速度梯度)对两种絮凝剂脱色效果的影响,并借助统计软件完成数据分析,撰写实验论文。从实验的系统性、价值性、学习的自主性、积极性以及对理论学习的辅助性这五个方面进行比较,学生对改革后的实验项目认可度更高,且与教师交流的次数也明显增多。经验证,改革后的絮凝脱色实验更有利于培养学生分析问题、解决问题及实践创新的能力,为学生的继续教育和就业奠定扎实的基础。 In order to promote the further integration of experimental teaching with scientific research and practical application,a new experimental project"designing contrast decolorization experiment with Aluminum Sulfate and Polyaluminium Chloride as Flocculant"was proposed instead of the verification experiment of flocculation and decolorization with aluminum sulfate alone.Students independently designed experimental protocols to investigate the effects of prescription(dosage and pH value)and process(stirring speed gradient)on the decolorization of two flocculants,and used statistical software to complete data analysis and wrote experimental papers.Comparing the five aspects of the system and value of experiment,the autonomy and enthusiasm level of learning,as well as the auxiliary value for theoretical learning,students had higher recognition of the reformed experimental project and the number of exchanges with teachers was increased significantly.It has been verified that the flocculation and decolorization experiment after reformation was more conducive to cultivating students'ability to analyze problems,solve problems,practice and innovate,which would lay a solid foundation for students'continuing education and employment.
