摘要
全球正在进入新一轮科技创新活跃期,企业的员工除要掌握快速变化和不断深入的专业能力外,还必须具备较强的方法能力、社会能力和创新精神。传统课堂教学已无能为力,这需要实现四个转变,即:从灌输课堂向对话课堂转变、从封闭课堂向开发课堂转变、从知识课堂向能力课堂转变、从句号课堂向问号课堂转变。本课题提出以“工程教育专业认证”的“12个能力”为学生基本培养目标,以“项目教学法”为指导思想的实践教学方法,构造一个工程环境,锻炼学生的学习能力、创新能力和团队协作能力。
The world is entering a new round of scientific and technological innovation.In addition to mastering rapid changes and deepening professional capabilities,employees must also have strong methodological capabilities,social capabilities and innovative spirit.Traditional classroom teaching has been powerless,which requires four transformations:from instilling classroom to conversational classroom,from closed classroom to development classroom,from knowledge classroom to ability classroom,from period classroom to question mark classroom.This topic puts forward the 12 abilities of Engineering Education Professional Certification as the basic training objectives for students,the practical teaching method based on project teaching method as the guiding ideology,and constructing an engineering environment to train students'learning ability,innovation ability and team cooperation ability.
