校友资源反哺专业课程教学的模式及应用研究——以人力资源管理专业为例

校友代表着学校的形象,校友资源是高校发展的宝贵财富。本研究在对人力资源管理专业课程教学模式现状调查、相关主体意见收集等基础上,系统构建了校友资源反哺专业课程教学的模式,包括专业理论课、专业实践环节、第二课堂、双师型师资力量培养、人才培养反馈机制、校友导师制、校友互动平台等。

Alumni represents the image of a school.Alumni resources are precious wealth for the development of colleges and universities.Based on the investigation of the current teaching mode of human resources management course and the collection of opinions from related subjects,this study systematically constructs the teaching mode of alumni resource feedback course,including professional theory course,professional practice link,second class,double-teacher training,feedback mechanism of talent training,alumni tutorial system,alumni interaction platform,etc.
