摘要
在幼儿园班级管理中,关于儿童的纪律教育一直是较敏感的问题。儿童的纪律教育方面国家并没有给出明确的概念界定,导致教师在对幼儿园儿童纪律管理时尺度把握往往有失偏颇。不是过于严厉,出现一些极端的惩罚,就是任由淘气儿童扰乱课堂纪律,导致课堂教学被打乱。家长教育也趋向两极分化,在培养出一批“问题儿童”的同时也造成家园共育的障碍。本文基于目前幼儿园纪律教育的困境,为幼儿教师在维持班级纪律管理及幼儿园家长教育方面给出合理建议。本文提出的儿童纪律教育完全是基于儿童的心理和生理的发展规律,为不惩罚同时也不骄纵儿童的有效班级管理寻求出路。
Discipline education for children has always been a sensitive issue in kindergarten class management.In terms of children's discipline education,there is no clear definition,which causes that teachers have biased grasp of the scale of kindergarten children's discipline management.Either too strict,there are some extreme punishments,or allow naughty children to disrupt classroom discipline,leading to teaching activity disrupted.Family education tends to be polarized,which brings up a number of"problem children"and also causes obstacles to family co-education.Based on the current dilemma of kindergarten discipline education,this paper presents reasonable suggestions for kindergarten teachers in maintaining class discipline management and kindergarten parents'education.Discipline education for children proposed in this paper is entirely based on children's psychological and physiological development laws,to find a way to achieve effective class management without punishment and arrogance.
