摘要
晨间谈话是幼儿园一日生活的开端,在诸多谈话中,教师和幼儿的谈话最有利于发展幼儿的口语表达能力,因此着重探究二者之间的谈话。谈话内容常以随机事件为主,话题的展开多局限于认知层面;谈话多在教室开展且常以“教师问,孩子答”的模式进行。谈话活动主要有以下问题:被其他活动代替、内容有待斟酌以及教师控制谈话的进行。为促进晨间谈话有效开展,提出了以下建议:教师重视自我提升,建立并实施相关评价机制,谈话内容丰富化、成员多元化、形式灵活化。
Morning conversation is the beginning of a day's life in kindergartens.The conversation between teachers and children is conducive to the development of children's oral expression ability,so this paper focuses on exploring the relationship between the two.The conversation is based on random events,and the topics are limited to the cognitive level;the conversation is more in the classroom in the model of"teachers'asking and students'answering".Conversation activities mainly have the following problems:being replaced by other activities,the content to be considered,and the teacher's control of the conversation.In order to promote the development of morning conversation,there are some suggestions:teachers attach importance to self-improvement,establish and implement relevant evaluation mechanisms,enrich conversation content,facilitate the diversity of members and the flexibility of forms.
