摘要
根据2017~2018年南充市蓬安县环保局PM 10与PM 2.5两个指标的监测数据,分析计算了年均浓度、月均浓度和季节浓度及其变化规律。结果显示:蓬安县的PM 10和PM 2.5年均浓度呈降低趋势;PM 10和PM 2.5的季节浓度由高到低依次为冬季>春季>秋季>夏季;PM 10和PM 2.5月均浓度最大值出现在冬季,最小值出现在夏季或秋季;受秸秆焚烧影响,每年4~5月和8~9月的PM 10和PM 2.5月均浓度出现升高趋势。为此,在今后的工作中,提出了蓬安县进一步加强PM 10和PM 2.5污染防治的对策,如建立健全法律法规与排放标准,加快机动车尾气排放的净化处理,同时要控制秸秆的焚烧,加强再生资源利用,减少施工道路的扬尘,工业废气达标排放,加强实时监测,调整能源与产业结构,建立颗粒物监测网络,实时监测控制等。
According to the monitoring online data of PM 10 and PM 2.5 in Peng’an County of Nanchong Cityfrom 2017 to 2018,the annual,monthly and seasonal concentrationsof PM 10 and PM 2.5 and its changing trends were analyzed.The results showed that the annualconcentrations of PM 10 and PM 2.5 showed a decreasing trend in Peng’an County.The seasonal concentrations ofPM 10 and PM 2.5 showed high values in winter,followed by spring and autumn,with the lowest concentrations in winter.The maximum monthly concentrations of PM 10 and PM 2.5 appeared in winter,while the minimum appeared in summer or autumn.Affected by straw burning,the monthly concentrations of PM 10 and PM 2.5 showed an increasing trend in April and(or)May and August and(or)September.In future,the prevention and control measures of PM 10 and PM 2.5 are put forward,such as establishing andthe perfecting laws and regulations and emission standards established,the purification and treatment of vehicle exhaust emissions sped up,and the burning of straw controlled and the utilization of renewable resources strengthened.At the same time,some measures are taken,such as reducing dust emission of construction road,discharging industrial waste gas up to standard,strengthening real-time monitoring,adjusting energy and industrial structure,setting up monitoring network of particulate matter and real-time monitoring and controlling,etc.
