显脉旋覆花油树脂的亚临界萃取工艺优化

摘要 采用亚临界流体萃取技术制备新资源食品显脉旋覆花油树脂,在单因素实验基础上通过响应曲面分析对工艺条件进行系统优化。结果表明:最佳工艺参数为料液比1∶8.6,提取温度为40.8℃,提取时间为32.6 min,最终显脉旋覆花油树脂得率为1.32%,所得油树脂色泽呈棕红色,具有独特的显脉旋覆花挥发油芳香气味。为显脉旋覆花在调味品领域的商业化开发利用提供实践参考。 Subcritical fluid extraction technology was used to prepare the new resource food Inula nervosa Wall oleoresin,and the process conditions were optimized systematically by response surface methodology based on single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimum technological parameters were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1:8.6,the extraction temperature was 40.8℃,the extraction time was 32.6 min,and the yield of oleoresin was 1.32%.The obtained oleoresin is brown-red in color and has a unique aromatic odor of volatile oil from Inula nervosa Wall.It provides practical reference for the commercial development and utilization of Inula nervosa Wall in condiment field.
