摘要 介绍了土壤有效硼测定的国内外标准方法及各标准方法的优缺点,回顾了甲亚胺-H比色法测定土壤有效硼的方法改进,简述了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)在土壤有效硼测定中的应用研究。分析表明有效硼测定前处理采用沸水浴提取,分析检测采用ICP-AES或者ICP-MS,适用于批量样品检测且方法的检测下限低、干扰因素少、重复性好。 The domestic and foreign standard methods for the determination of available boron in soil were introduced,also including the advantages and disadvantages of each standard method.The improvement of azomethine-H colorimetric method for determination of available boron in soil was reviewed.The application of Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)in the determination of soil available boron was briefly described.The results show that boiling water bath as the pretreatment of extraction of available boron,and ICP-AES/ICP-MS as the detection method are suitable for batch detection of samples,which has lower detection limit,fewer interference factors,and better reproducibility.
