摘要 某大底盘高层商住楼,存在扭转不规则,凹凸不规则,楼板不连续,竖向构件不连续等不规则项,通过采用小震弹性分析及时程分析、中震弹性分析和不屈服分析、大震弹塑性时程分析、楼板应力分析等方法对整体结构及关键构件进行了细致分析,探讨整体结构的受力特性,判定结构的合理性,分析其中的薄弱部位,并对相关部位采取有效的加强措施,实现建筑结构美观、安全、经济。 In a high-rise commercial and residential building with large chassis,there are many irregularities,such as twist irregularity in plane,bump irregular,floor discontinuity,vertical component discontinuity,etc.A detailed analysis was conducted on the overall structure and key conponents of the structure by many analysis methods,mode decomposition response spectrum method under frequent earthquake,elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake,elastic analysis under mid-earthquake,non-yielding analysis,under mid-earthquake,elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake,and stress analysis of floor.Discussed the structure mechanical behavior,decided the rationality of the structure mechanical,found out the weak components and strengthen this components effectively in this article to get artistic,safe,economical construction structure.
