摘要 结合贵港高速公路收费站既有大体积钢管桁架顶棚整体提升3 m改造工程的实施,针对项目实施中所遇到的难点,介绍了顶棚提升方案的提升设计思路,对项目的设计、施工展开相应研究。介绍了既有钢管桁架顶棚顶升实施中对既有结构的加固,限位保障措施的设置,具体施工过程及智能化信息法同步监控等工作的实施,通过该项目顺利实施为今后类似工程提供借鉴。 Combined with the implementation of the overall lifting and upgrading project of the existing large-volume steel pipe truss roof in the toll station of Guigang Expressway,the paper introduced the improvement design idea of the roof lifting plan for the difficulties encountered in the project implementation,and carried out corresponding research on the design and construction of the project.This paper introduces the reinforcement of the existing structure,the setting of the limit guarantee measures,the specific construction process and the synchronous monitoring of the intelligent information method in the implementation of the jacking of the existing steel pipe truss.The successful implementation of this project provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
