河南省种粮大户融资问题及对策

Research on Financing Problems and Countermeasure of Large Grain Growers in Henan Province

随着我国综合实力的不断提升,我国粮食产量也实现了连续14年的增长,小麦、玉米、水稻等重要粮食作物在产量上取得重大进步,这为我国粮食安全战略提供了重要保障。近年来,伴随着我国经济发展和城市化进程的不断加快,种粮大户群体的数量与质量也得到了发展,2018年"乡村振兴战略"的提出,为种粮大户的发展提供了更加充分的外部条件。但与此机遇伴随而来的也有新的问题和挑战,为适应国家发展转型的大趋势,种粮大户面临着巨大的压力。河南省作为全国农业大省、粮食大省,其农业禀赋在全国具有典型性,以河南省为例研究种粮大户发展问题,具有典型意义和政策价值。

With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive strength,China's grain output had also achieved 14 consecutive years of growth,wheat,maize,rice and other important food crops had made significant yield progress.Which provided an important guarantee for China's food security strategy.In recent years,with the acceleration of China's economic development and urbanization process,the number and quality of large grain-growing households had also been developed.The proposal of"rural revitalizaion strategy"in 2018 provided more sufficient external conditions for the development of large grain-growing households.But with this opportunity,there are also new problems and challenges.In order to adapt to the general trend of national development and transformation,large grain farmers were facing tremendous pressure.Henan Province was a major agricultural and grain province in China.Its agricultural endowment was typical in the whole country.Henan Province had typical significance and policy value to study the development of large grain farmers.
