摘要
为了保证AP1000核电机组的长期安全可靠运行,对AP1000汽轮机主要部件选材进行了深入分析,结果表明,AP1000汽轮机转子采用超纯净30Cr2Ni4MoV钢,末级叶片采用马氏体时效强化钢0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb等,主要部件选材合理,但汽缸、螺栓选材可以进一步优化,比如汽缸采用性能更优的2.25 Cr-1Mo铸钢、螺栓采用淬透性更好的25Cr2MoV钢等。研究成果可为核电AP1000汽轮机进一步优化选材提供参考。
In order to guarantee the long term operation reliability and safety of AP1000 nuclear steam turbine,the material selection of the key parts of AP1000 steam turbine is thoroughly analyzed.The results show that the materials applied in AP1000 steam turbine,such as 30Cr2Ni4MoV with super purity used in rotor,aging strengthening steel 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb used in last stage blades,are generally proper.However,it is necessary to further optimize the materials,for example,2.25Cr-1Mo casting steel with better properties can be adopted in casing,and 25Cr2MoV with better quenching ability can be adopted in bolts.The study can provide reference for further optimization of material section in AP1000 nuclear steam turbines.
