摘要 宏岩煤矿4406工作面支架安装过程中利用液体转盘机构优化切眼提升系统,自主设计研制超低底盘多轮卡轨平盘车在切眼提升支架,彻底解决了切眼原有提升运输方式复杂、易出现综采支架车“掉道”、“翻车”的问题,实现综采工作面支架快速安装工作的安全无故障提升运输。 In the process of support installation in 4406 working face of Hongyan Coal Mine,the liquid turntable mechanism is used to optimize the cutting lifting system,and the ultra-low chassis multi-wheel rail flat plate car is designed and developed independently,which completely solves the problem that the original lifting transportation mode is complex,and is prone to the problem of"falling down"and"turning over"of the fully mechanized mining support,so as to realize the safe and fault-free lifting transportation of the rapid installation of the support in the fully mechanized mining face.
