探放水钻机的改进设计与应用

Improvement and Application of Water Exploration and Drainage Drilling Rig

针对目前矿用履带式探放水钻机在使用过程中发现的问题,从钻机回转系统、动力泵组系统、安全应急装置三个方面进行了改进设计和提高。为了验证新型钻机的使用效果,分别在地面检测中心和井下进行了试验,试验效果良好,新型钻机更加安全高效,能满足多数煤矿的探放水需求。

In view of the problems found in the use of mine crawler water exploration drilling rig at present,the design and improvement are carried out from three aspects:drilling rig rotation system,power pump group system and safety emergency device.In order to verify the application effect of the new drilling rig,the test results are carried out in the ground testing center and underground respectively.The test effect is good,and the new drilling rig is more safe and efficient,which can meet the needs of water exploration and drainage in most coal mines.
