摘要
为了解决兴峪煤业深部煤层开采中遇到的巷道成型不稳定技术问题,提出了一种新的无煤柱切顶成巷技术。利用超前预裂实现井下巷道切顶目的,通过锚杆和锚索结合加固的方式进行成型巷道支护,减小巷内支护的受力及巷旁支护的阻力,进而改善围岩的应力环境,最终提高沿空巷道的稳定性。
In order to solve the problem of unstable roadway formation in deep coal seam mining of Xingyu coal industry,a new technology of cutting roof without coal pillar is put forward.In order to improve the stress environment of surrounding rock and finally improve the stability of roadway along goaf,the roof cutting purpose of underground roadway is realized by using advance pre-crack,and the roadway support is supported by bolt and anchor cable combined with reinforcement,so as to reduce the force of roadway support and the resistance of roadway support next to the roadway,so as to improve the stress environment of surrounding rock and finally improve the stability of roadway along goaf.
