煤矿刮板输送机支护系统的改造设计

Retrofit Design of Support System for Scraper Conveyor in Coal Mine

针对山西离柳鑫瑞煤业公司刮板输送机固定出现的难题,结合实况,对刮板输送机的点杆、机头、机尾压柱进行了改造设计。本次改造实现了刮板输送机机头机尾底座的可调节支护,实践应用效果良好,可以全面推广应用。

In view of the difficult problem of fixing the scraper conveyor in Shanxi Liliuxinrui Coal Industry Company,combined with the actual situation,the point rod,machine head and tail pressure column of the scraper conveyor are reformed and designed.The adjustable support system of the head and tail base of scraper conveyor is realized.The practical application effect is good and can be popularized and applied in an all-round way.
