摘要 离心泵依靠叶轮高速旋转时形成的离心力实现对液体的抽取,不同结构的离心泵在工作性能上具有较大的差别,基于此,利用CFD流场数值分析原理对离心泵在不同叶片数量及叶片结构下的工作效率和工作扬程进行了分析,结果表明:不同叶片结构和叶片数量对离心泵的性能影响极大,当采用4组长、短叶片配合结构,短叶片向长叶片的安装角为5°时具有最优的工作性能。 Centrifugal pump can extract liquid by centrifugal force formed by high speed rotation of impeller,and the working performance of centrifugal pump with different structures is quite different.Based on this,the working efficiency and working head of centrifugal pump under different vane number and vane structure are analyzed by using CFD flow field numerical analysis principle.The results show that different vane structure and vane number have great influence on the performance of centrifugal pump.When 4 team members and short blade fit structure are adopted,and the installation angle of short blade to long blade is 5 degrees,it has the best working performance.
