摘要
针对连杆类组合件的大规格关节轴承翻边后有沟槽、贴合间隙、载荷试验不合格等问题进行原因分析,并根据分析结果设计了改进方案。经过项目组成员近两年时间的不断努力,经过对数次工艺试验的反复论证,对每次工艺试验的结果作出相应的改进,提出相应的改进方案,最终完成了轴承翻边工具结构的定型。并提炼总结出了加工此类零件切实可行的工艺方法,按此方法加工制造的零件各项性能反指标经检测完全符合设计图技术要求。
The causes of grooves, bonding clearance and unqualified load test of large specification joint bearings with connecting rod components are analyzed, and an improved scheme is designed according to the analysis results. After the continuous efforts of the members of the project team in the past two years and the repeated demonstration of several process tests, the results of each process test have been improved accordingly, and the corresponding improvement scheme has been put forward, and finally the structure of the bearing flanging tool has been finalized. The feasible process methods for machining this kind of parts are abstracted and summarized, and the inverse performance indexes of the parts manufactured by this method are tested, which fully meets the technical requirements of the design drawing.
