摘要
废热锅炉是甲烷化工艺中合成工段的关键设备之一,柔性管板作为废热锅炉的关键部件,对废热锅炉的经济性和安全性具有重要作用,是废热锅炉设计的关键。采用有限元软件ANSYS对在压力载荷和温度载荷作用下的废热锅炉柔性管板进行了应力分析,评定校核结果表明,该柔性管板结构安全合理且满足强度要求。
Waste heat boiler is one of the key equipments in the synthesis section of methanation process.As a key component of waste heat boiler,flexible tube sheet plays an important role in the economic and safety of waste heat boiler,and is the key to the design of waste heat boiler.The finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the stress of the flexible tube of the waste heat boiler under the pressure load and temperature load.The evaluation results show that the flexible tube sheet structure is safe and reasonable and meets the strength requirements.
