摘要
以某重型矿用汽车为具体的研究对象,建立该矿用汽车的整车虚拟样机模型,对该矿用汽车多种工况下的行驶平顺性进行仿真分析,并根据平顺性指标对其进行评价。从评价结果可以看出,该车型整体平顺性良好,但少数工况评分值较低,尚有进一步优化的空间,还需要进一步调整油气悬架的设计参数以及调校参数等,使整车的平顺性能更好。
Taking a heavy mine vehicle as the concrete research object,the virtual prototype model of the mine vehicle is established,the ride comfort of the mine vehicle under various working conditions is simulated and analyzed,and the ride comfort index is evaluated according to the ride comfort index.From the evaluation results,it can be seen that the overall ride comfort of the vehicle is good,but the score of a few working conditions is low,there is room for further optimization,and the design parameters and adjustment parameters of the hydro-pneumatic suspension need to be further adjusted to make the smooth performance of the whole vehicle better.
