摘要
通过硬度分析、扫描电镜等方法对保持架的断裂现象进行了分析和检测。结果表明:断口源区微观形貌为韧窝花样,扩展区微观形貌均为韧窝花样,可见明显的疲劳弧线和疲劳条带,终断区为韧窝形貌,呈典型疲劳断裂特征。由此检测结果可知轴承挡圈的异常磨损是导致保持架疲劳断裂的根本原因。
The fracture phenomenon of the holder was analyzed and detected by hardness analysis and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the microstructure of the fracture source area is the ligament pattern,and the expanded area is the ligament pattern,the obvious fatigue arc and the fatigue strip are visible,the end zone is the toughness,which is typical fatigue fracture feature,the abnormal wear of the bearing retaining ring is the root cause of the cage fatigue fracture.
