基于EDEM的带式输送机托辊的结构优化研究

摘要 为了避免输送机在工作时的倾角加大导致物料输送时的滑落,通常采用降低物料堆角的方法保证输送机系统运输过程的安全性,但该方案严重影响了输送机的单位运量,对煤炭的输送效率影响极大。因此,利用EDEM仿真分析方法对深槽型托辊组的结构参数进行仿真分析,得出了托辊组工作时的最优结构参数,对优化输送机托辊组结构、提升输送机物料输送效率和输送安全性具有十分重要的意义。 In order to avoid the sliding of the conveyor when the inclination angle increases,the method of reducing the stacking angle of the material is usually used to ensure the safety of the transportation process of the conveyor system,but this scheme seriously affects the unit transportation capacity of the conveyor and has a great influence on the transportation efficiency of coal.The EDEM simulation analysis method is used to simulate and analyze the structural parameters of the deep groove roller group,and the optimal structural parameters of the roller group are obtained,which is of great significance to optimize the structure of the conveyor roller group and improve the material transportation efficiency and transportation safety of the conveyor.
