摘要
基于带式输送机巡检装置具有对输送机工作过程的数据采集输送及数据分析的功能,针对带式巡检装置的结构,采用ANSYS Workbench进行了关键零件的有限元仿真分析,结果显示,初始设计的结构尺寸偏大,不利于巡检装置的灵活移动,可以在此基础上进行相应的优化,更好地提高巡检装置的灵活性。
Based on the functions of data storage and data analysis of patrol inspection device of the belt anveyor.In this paper,the key parts of the designed structure are carried out.The simulation results show that the structure size of the initial design is too large,which is not conducive to the movement of the inspection device,on the basis of which the corresponding optimization can be carried out to improve the flexibility of the inspection device.
