采煤机齿轨轮工作状态与接触应力的分析

摘要 以国产147 mm节距齿轨轮为研究对象,分析其工作状态以及不同工况下齿轨轮的接触应力与弯曲应力,进而得出在中心距最小、节距最大时齿轨轮的损伤最大。此研究可为齿轨轮的生产及安装提供理论指导。 Taking the gear as the research object,the meshing characteristics of the gear with the pin rail under different working conditions and the contact stress and bending stress of the gear under different working conditions are analyzed,and then it is concluded that the damage of the gear is the greatest when the center distance is the smallest and the pitch is the largest,which provides theoretical guidance for the production and installation of the gear.
