摘要 根据有限元离散分析理论,建立了输送带的粘弹性体动力学模型,利用Pro/E三维建模软件和ADAMS仿真分析软件建立了输送机系统的虚拟样机分析模型,分别对输送带在不同带速和不同刚性情况下对输送机启动时动态特性的影响进行了仿真分析,根据分析结果针对性地提出了优化输送机启动特性的方案,极大地提升了输送机在启动时的平稳性。 According to the theory of finite element discrete analysis,the dynamic model of viscoelastic body of conveyor belt is established,and the virtual prototype analysis model of conveyor system is established by using Pro/E 3D modeling software and ADAMS simulation analysis software.The influence of conveyor belt on the dynamic characteristics of conveyor under different belt speed and rigidity is simulated and analyzed respectively.According to the analysis results,the scheme of optimizing the starting characteristics of the conveyor is put forward,which greatly improves the stability of the conveyor at start-up.
