煤矿井下带式输送机低耗能调速控制系统分析

摘要 通过对输送机运行速度和功耗关系的分析,提出了一种新的速度优化及节能控制策略,利用Dspace仿真分析软件及带式输送机调速节能控制的试验验证平台,建立了基于Dspace仿真分析软件的半实物验证仿真平台,对输送机运行时的调速过程进行了验证,结果表明:该控制方式能够有效降低输送机运行过程中输送带的震荡,其具有鲁棒性强、可靠性好的优点,极大地提升了输送机的运行稳定性和节能效果,具有较高的应用推广价值。 Based on the analysis of the relationship between running speed and power consumption of conveyor,a new speed optimization and energy saving control strategy is put forward.By using Dspace simulation analysis software and the experimental verification platform of belt conveyor speed regulation and energy saving control,a hardware-in-the-loop verification simulation platform based on Dspace simulation analysis software is established to verify the speed regulation process of the conveyor.The results show that the control method can effectively reduce the concussion of the conveyor belt during the operation of the conveyor,and it has the advantages of strong robustness and good reliability,which greatly improves the operation stability and energy saving effect of the conveyor,and has high application and popularization value.
