摘要
针对刮板输送机的链轮与链条在啮合时出现卡链现象,导致出现链轮断裂、脱齿等异常情况,根据刮板输送机链传动系统的工作特性,通过建立刮板输送机链轮传动系统的等效动力学模型,对在输送机运行过程中链轮和链环的啮合动力学进行研究,分析在卡链工况下链轮的动力学特性,为优化链轮结构、提升链传动系统工作的可靠性和稳定性提供理论基础。
The chain clamping when the chain wheel and chain of scraper conveyor are engaged,and the working characteristics of the scraper conveyor trasition,by establishing the equivalent dynamic model of the chain wheel transmission system of the scraper conveyor,the meshing dynamics of the chain wheel and the chain ring during the operation are studied,the dynamic characteristics of the chain wheel under the condition of the clamping chain are analyzed,and the structure of the chain wheel is optimized.And provides a theoretical basis for improving the reliability and the stability of the work of the chain drive system.
