带式输送机输送带张紧系统的分析与仿真 被引量:1

摘要 分析了带式输送机张紧系统的组成和运行原理,介绍了长距离输送带在受到外力时的静态特征和动态特征,并对长距离输送带自动张紧系统启动时皮带各部位的速度和张力进行了仿真分析。分析得出:对于长距离输送机的输送带受力分析时,不能将其看成单一整体,需根据其动静特征完成力学特性的设计;长距离输送皮带在自动张紧系统启动时,机头单元速度快于机尾,但机尾的加速度高于机头,在一段时间后,二者速度相同;长距离输送皮带在自动张紧系统启动时,机头紧边张力和松边张力相差较大,机尾张力波动较机头大,且在运行稳定后,机头的皮带张力大于机尾张力,这一差值是皮带自动运行的动力源。 The composition and operation principle of the tension system of the belt conveyor are analyzed,the static and dynamic characteristics of the long-distance conveyer belt under the external force are introduced,and the speed and tension of each part of the belt are simulated and analyzed at the time of the automatic tensioning system of the long-distance conveyer belt.It is concluded that for the analysis of the belt force of the long-distance conveyor,it is not considered as a single whole,and the mechanical property is designed according to the dynamic and static characteristics of the conveyor belt.When the long-distance conveying belt is started up in the automatic tensioning system,the speed of the machine head unit is faster than the tail of the machine.but the acceleration of the tail of the machine is higher than that of the machine head,the speed of the machine tail is the same after a period of time,and the long-distance When the belt is started in the automatic tensioning system,the tension of the machine head and the tension of the edge of the machine head are relatively large,the fluctuation of the tail tension of the machine is larger than that of the machine head,and after the operation is stable,the belt tension of the machine head is larger than that of the machine tail,and the difference is the power source for automatic belt operation.
