摘要
惯性导航是当前解决综采工作面直线度问题的有效方案之一,阐述了基于惯性导航的LASC技术检测刮板输送机平直度技术、设计工作面直线度控制系统,将该技术在西曲矿18501工作面进行了实践应用。试验结果表明采用此项技术的刮板输送机轨迹检测精度可达50 mm,全工作面直线度控制精度可达500 mm,满足工作面自动连续推进要求。
Inertial navigation is one of the effective solutions to solve the straightness problem of fully mechanized mining face.The LASC technology based on inertial navigation to detect the straightness of scraper conveyor is described.The test results show that the detection accuracy of the scraper conveyor track can reach 50mm,and the straightness control precision of the whole working face can reach 500mm,which meets the requirement of automatic continuous advancing of the working face.
