摘要
为了提高带式输送机运转的稳定性,避免输送机运转过程中出现跑偏、上蹿下跳等现象,降低输送机断带、撕带等事故,大同煤业金鼎活性炭有限公司通过技术研究,为生产线TD75型带式输送机安装了一套自动集控装置,通过实际应用发现,该装置降低了输送机事故率,提高了输送机自动化水平,取得了显著成效。
In order to improve the running stability of belt conveyor,avoid the phenomenon of running deviation,jump up and down,reduce the accidents such as belt breaking and belt tear of conveyor,Datong Coal Industry Jinding activated carbon Co.,Ltd.installed a set of automatic centralized control device for TD75 belt conveyor in production line through technical research.Through practical application,it is found that the device reduces the accident rate of conveyor and improves the automation level of conveyor.Remarkable results have been achieved.
