摘要
针对目前多风机通风矿井总风量调节频繁问题,为了更好地降低主要通风机功耗,提出了均衡状态调节和非均衡状态调节两种方法,并强调在有条件的矿井中无论从管理还是从效益考虑,都应尽可能地采用均衡调节。对非均衡状态下的调节,运用通风学中的三大基本定律,以及将风机实际风压曲线的合理工作范围,拟合出其近似方程式,提出新的解析方法。采用实际案例对其研究,证明了该解析法的实用可行性。
In order to solve the problem of frequent regulation of total air volume in multi-fan ventilation mine at present,in order to better reduce the power consumption of main ventilator,two methods,equilibrium state adjustment and unbalanced state adjustment,are put forward.It is emphasized that balanced adjustment should be adopted as far as possible in conditional mines,both from the point of view of management and from the point of view of benefit.For the adjustment under the unbalanced state,the three basic laws of ventilation are applied,and the reasonable working range of the actual wind pressure curve of the fan is fitted out.A new analytical method is proposed by approximating the equation.The practical feasibility of the analytical method is proved by using a practical case study.
