西曲矿特大断面大采高开切眼主动控制技术研究

摘要 通过现场调研和查阅相关文献,总结出试验工作面特大断面大采高开切眼支护设计存在的主要问题,提出了特大断面大采高开切眼控制策略,研究了以“锚索桁架+高预应力单体锚索+高预应力锚杆+二次成巷”为核心内容的特大断面大采高切眼主动控制技术,并成功应用于西曲矿12313工作面开切眼。在开切眼服务期内围岩变形得到有效控制,该技术具有一定的前瞻性,可被推广应用于类似矿井开切眼围岩控制中。 Through field investigation and consulting related literature,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the design of large mining height open and cut support in large section of test working face,puts forward the control strategy of large mining height and cutting hole,and studies the active control technology of large section large mining height cut hole with"anchor cable truss high prestressed single anchor cable high prestressed anchor secondary roadway"as the core content.It has been successfully applied to 12313 working face of Xiqu Coal Mine.The deformation of surrounding rock during the service period of eye opening is effectively controlled,which is forward-looking and can be popularized and applied to the control of surrounding rock of similar mine opening and cutting eyes.
