摘要
针对当前采煤机在降尘过程中存在的问题,在对综放工作面粉尘产生特征进行分析的基础上提出了采煤机尘源跟踪高压喷雾降尘技术及装备的应用方案,对该高压喷雾降尘系统的基本原理、组成及其特点进行了分析,将该系统应用在店上煤业工作面的开采中进行了现场实测,实践结果表明系统可以有效地降低采煤机割煤时的粉尘浓度,解决工作面粉尘污染问题。
In view of the problems existing in the dust reduction process of the shearer at present,based on the analysis of the dust generation characteristics of the fully mechanized top coal caving face,the application scheme of the dust source tracking high pressure spray dust reduction technology and equipment of the shearer is put forward,the basic principle,composition and characteristics of the high pressure spray dust reduction system are analyzed,and the field measurement of the system is carried out.The practice results show that the system can effectively reduce the dust concentration of shearer when cutting coal and solve the problem of dust pollution in working face.
