针对在李村煤矿研发设计的一种新型的独立冷却水系统,分析系统中冷却净水池和冷却水包的设计。实践证明,新型水循环冷却系统的应用很好地解决了抽放泵减速器超温运行的问题,确保了瓦斯抽放的安全运行,为企业赢得了经济和安全效益。

A new type of independent cooling water system has been developed and designed in Licun Coal Mine.The cooling principle of gas drainage pump reducer.this paper analyzes the principes and plans of cooling water system.The practice has proved that the application of the new cooling water system has solved the problem of over-temperature operation of the pump reducer,ensured the safe operation of gas drainage,and won the economic and safety benefits for the enterprise.
