常闭式挡车帘自动检测控制器在井下的应用

Application of Automatic Detection Controller for Normally Closed Car Curtain in Underground

介绍了井下常闭式挡车帘自动检测控制器基本原理、关键技术,进一步分析了其运行成本,经分析可知应用常闭式挡车帘自动检测控制器解决了因原来的模拟数据监测车辆位置误差大的问题。通过实践应用认为,常闭式挡车帘本产品适用于井下煤与瓦斯突出的区域中使用,能够适应斜巷串车提升的巷道。

This paper introduces the basic principle and key technology of automatic detection controller for underground normally closed curtain,further analyzes its running cost,and solves the problem of large position error of vehicle monitoring due to the original simulation data.The practical application shows that the normally closed curtain products are suitable for underground coal and gas outburst areas and for inclined roadway hoisting.
