摘要
基于具体的工程地质条件对正兴煤业南翼大巷胶带输送机运输设备选型,根据选型参数进行计算;同时分析了现行煤矿胶带输送机软驱动形式:调速型液力耦合器、限矩型液力耦合器、液体黏性软启动装置等驱动装置;同时控制系统中加入PLC控制,可操作性良好,人机交互性更强,系统更加稳定,减少人为操作的介入,提高设备可靠性,提高工作效率。
Based on the specific engineering geological conditions,the transportation equipment of belt conveyor in the south wing of Zhengxing Coal Industry is selected and calculated according to the selection parameters,and the current soft driving forms of belt conveyor in coal mine are analyzed,such as speed regulating hydraulic couplers,torque limiting hydraulic couplers,liquid viscous soft starting devices and so on.At the same time,PLC control is added to the control system.According to the previous experience,the automatic control system has good maneuverability and stronger human-computer interaction.The automatic control system is stable,reduce the intervention of human operation,and improve the reliability of equipment.
