摘要
以当前应用效果最佳的无极绳牵引绞车为对象,在分析各种调速方式及控制系统的基础上,提出了变频液压调速方式,并对该控制系统的马达、泵及电机进行选型,并设计与其相匹配的PID控制器,对PID控制器中的关键参数进行优化。经优化后矿用绞车控制系统能够使绞车调速控制无超调及波动现象发生,能够满足实际生产的控制要求。
Taking the non-polar rope traction winch with the best application effect as the object,on the basis of analyzing various speed regulation modes and control systems,the variable frequency hydraulic speed regulation mode is put forward,the motor,pump and motor of the control system are selected,and the matching PID controller is designed to optimize the key parameters of the PID controller.After optimization,the mine winch control can make the winch speed control without overshoot and fluctuation,and can meet the control requirements of the actual production.
