摘要
为适应新形势下国家武器装备研制生产的战略需要和成发公司自身的发展需求,需要有一种高效、科学的管理模式来取代现有的粗放式管理模式,而精细化管理完全符合这一要求。基于成发公司在军用航空发动机研制批产转型升级中的精细化管理实践,来探讨精细化管理模式在军机研制批产转型升级道路中的应用。
In order to meet the strategic needs of national weapons and equipment development and production under the new situation and the development needs of Chengfa Company itself,it is necessary to have an efficient and scientific management mode to replace the existing extensive management mode,and fine management fully meets this requirement.Based on the fine management practice of Chengfa Company in the transformation and upgrading of military aero-engine development and batch production,this paper discusses the application of fine management mode in the road of military aircraft development and batch production transformation and upgrading.
